FREE ONLINE ASHTANGA LED CLASS
Join me for a FREE ONLINE Ashtanga Vinyasa class
where we will drop into the body and the breath through this practice. Ashtanga Vinyasa is adaptable for anyone—always willing to adapt its structure to the practitioner! We will move through the Ashtanga Half Primary Series following the traditional count, incorporate pranayama (breathwork), and explore a few postures from the second half if time allows. This class is best suited for those already practicing Ashtanga or those familiar with the sequence and eager to continue to learn the practice and try new variations. Please ensure you have a steady internet connection, your mat, any necessary props (or DIY props!), and a spot where I can see your practice from a good angle. See you online!
