Join me for this immersion into the Ashtanga Intermediate Series. We’re stripping away the 'advanced' labels to explore Nadi Shodhana (intermediate series) in a way that is accessible, intelligent, and, above all, safe. We will break down the peak postures you’ve seen online from the inside out, using smart variations and props to ensure you receive the energetic benefits of the series, regardless of where your flexibility is today.

What We’ll Do
Understanding the Method. We’ll begin with a brief discussion on the logic of the Ashtanga method.
Focused Warm-Up. We’ll move through an abbreviated Primary Series, specifically designed to heat the body and prepare the spine for the unique demands of the Second Series.
Break it down. We’ll deconstruct key intermediate series asanas and examine in depth the entry, the integrity of the posture, the exit, and smart and accessible variations.
Integration & Open Floor. (Q&A).

Is this for me? This workshop is open to anyone with a consistent yoga practice, whether you come from an Ashtanga or Vinyasa background. You don’t need to be "advanced," but you should have a solid foundation and the maturity to honor your body’s boundaries as we explore new territory.
