  • Islas del Rosario Cartagena Colombia (map)

Embrace the transformative power of Salt & Stillness on a 5-day retreat in the idyllic Islas de Rosario, Colombia, designed to help you disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with the natural world. Begin each day with yoga as the Caribbean sun rises. Dive into the crystal-clear waters for a unique scuba experience, where all experience levels are welcome to discover the wonders of the coral reef. We'll guide you through a 'discover scuba diving' experience with a yoga-mindful approach, fostering a deeper connection with the ocean's tranquility.

Our home is called Isla Bonita, a lovely private home on the island of Isla Grande. It offers comfortable accommodations and delicious island cuisine, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the serene environment. Spend your free time exploring the natural beauty of the Coral National Natural Park, kayaking through mangroves, or simply relaxing by the sea. This retreat provides a space to slow down, breathe, and experience the profound peace that comes from embracing the elements of salt and stillness, leaving the distractions of daily life behind.
